Parks Bottom
When the winter backwaters of West Tennessee hit the Obion River Bottom so do the ducks. There are few prettier places to take advantage of the huge flocks of Mallards, Pintails, and Gadwall than in our 6 man stilt blind in the 1 acre timber hole we call Parks Bottom. Well hidden and in the shade for most of the morning you’ll have the rare opportunity to shoot down at them. Being adjacent to hundreds of acres of large feeds and rest areas gives our clients the chance to witness thousands upon thousands of migrating waterfowl. Tight timber and huge flocks of ducks don’t usually go hand in hand but it all comes together at Parks Bottom. Our guides will meet you at the conveniently located and newly renovated Lanes Ferry Lodge and you’ll strike out by truck to the parking spot. A short side by side and boat ride will have you poised for an epic day in the historic Obion River Bottom. The Lanes Ferry Lodge and Parks Bottom Blind can accommodate groups as large as 6.
