Cypress Bend
The Forked Deer River bottoms of West Tennessee have long been known for their beautiful cypress breaks and old river holes. At times the mallard and gadwall migrations through these bottoms provide world class duck traffic and hunting. Cypress Bend’s location and 70 acre private refuge managed specifically for ducks gives us a unique advantage over our competition. And not to mention, it’s the X. If you like shooting ducks close in cypress timber while in the comfort of a heated blind or enjoy world-class meals and hospitality. Cypress Bend is the location for you. The epitome of convenience, a quick ride down our gravel road and you’ll arrive at our lighted boat shed, we will unload your gear into our War Eagle boats and head down the ditch, through the timber, to the blind. The blind is perfectly situated between aged cypress trees that provide excellent cover for huge wads of mallards. There will be a heavy breakfast in the blind and most hunts will conclude around noon. Most hunts will be with Kyle, Justin, and Zach. The lodge and blind at Cypress Bend can accommodate groups of up to 10 (larger groups may be accommodated upon request).
